Our Power Supplies have all been designed to give the user the most efficient testing instrument they will ever use. Our various models range in outputs up to 60 Volts and 25 Amps. Our DIGI-Series and our high current Model 4025 have digital displays for easier readings. Our best selling units have all been re-designed with a ten-turn potentiometer voltage control, making these units even more user friendly. Below you will find detailed descriptions and specifications on all our power supplies. Additional information on selected models:
AAOur DIGI-Series power supplies feature a conservatively rated linear regulator for indefinite short-circuit operation, heavy duty front panel binding posts, 115/230 volts inputs and fully regulated current operation. For powering breadboard circuits or as a power source for bench use, the DIGI-Series offers the stability and ease of operation you need for industrial and educational uses. AAAt last, a lab-grade, high capacity power supply at a truly low price. This bench-type supply is ideal for circuit development and a wide variety of industrial and servicing applications. Its versatility and ease of operation makes it perfect for student lab use. Special features include fail-safe short-circuit protection, low output drift and precision CV/CC operation. In addition to protecting integrated and other sensitive load devices, this supply can be used as a current regulated power source. Separate panel meters accurately monitor the output voltage and current. Long-term reliability is assured by a conservatively designed regulator circuit and the use of high quality components. AAThis model is a universal DC power source with high volt-ampere capability. Its broad range of operating features and performance make it well suited for on-line production testing, electronic system development, component burn-in and a variety of lab applications. Educational users will also appreciate this cost-effective unit. The 3012A is designed to operate in a constant voltage or constant current mode. Constant voltage operation is maintained for loads drawing less than the preset current level. If the load current should exceed the current control setting, the power supply will automatically deliver a fully regulated current to the load. Model 4025 AAThe Electro Industries Model 4025 is a versatile, laboratory quality DC power source which delivers a fully regulated output of 0 to 20 volts DC at 0 to 25 amperes. Lab-type features include excellent load/line regulation, long-term stability, low ripple and noise characteristics and built-in short-circuit protection. The 4025 offers two basic modes of operation – constant voltage (CV) or constant current (CC). Front panel-mounted controls establish the precise voltage and current operating limits for the unit. If the load should increase above the preset current level, the power supply will automatically crossover from CV to CC operation. In addition to protecting integrated circuits and other sensitive load devices, your Model 4025 can be employed as a current regulated power source. Model 6020 AAThis model is designed to be a convenient source of bench-top power with special emphasis on reliability and ease of operation. A fully dissipative regulator circuit allows indefinite short-circuit operation with no damage. The 6020 has the features and quality that make it ideally suited for laboratory, educational, production testing and servicing applications. [Back to Top] Model 2555A AAThis unit combines laboratory-type performance and versatility with a host of the most often needed features in a triple output power supply. It is well suited for prototype design, student labs, production testing and servicing applications. Its excellent value also makes it a favorite for experimenters and hobbyists. For tracking operations, a special front panel control allows the A and B Supplies to track each other at any pre-selected voltage within the rated output. This feature is very useful for powering operational amplifiers, push-pull stages or any application where plus and minus voltages are required. The A and B supplies are individually controlled and completely isolated in the independent mode. The three supplies can be series-connected to provide a 55 volt output at 0.5 amp for higher voltage requirements. Additional features include 115/230 VAC operation, durable metal cabinet, convenient binding post terminals and a fused three wire line cord. AAAlthough we use the highest standards of packaging and shipping, our units will sometimes take a beating through transit. There are also situations when a customer will order a power supply, realize they need a different model with different capabilities and return it. In either case, when Electro receives these units, we make full repairs, re-calibrate and re-test them so that they are just as functional as a new unit. However, Electro does not consider these units to be ‘new' and will offer these refurbished units at a lower discounted price from list.
